M.Ed Special Education / Concentration in Speech Language Pathology - University of West Georgia

I served as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Carroll County School System for 6 years before going into private practice. I then joined Tanner Health System as a speech therapist and became the administrator over Rehabilitation Services there.  I've worked with children and adults with many different speech and language disorders for over 20 years.

I've always lived in Georgia.  My husband, Jerry, and I have been married for 35 years and we have one daughter, Hannah.  She is grown and lives in Rome, Georgia. We share our home with six rescue cats.... Victor, Dorothy Jean, Maddie, Pepper, Ozzie Osborne, and Cissy Spacek...

When we're not working, Jerry and I enjoy spending time outdoors.  We love hiking, canoeing, camping and paddleboarding.

I feel very fortunate to work with the other teachers here at Beulah, in a supportive and positive environment where children are encourged to succeed.  It is a wonderful school with great students, and I look forward to coming to work every day!
